With iFOVEA Counter it is possible to count the wood logs in a wood log pile within a few seconds. You can automatically count 1,000 wood logs in approximately 4 minutes. Which device do you need? We recommend an iPhone 5s, iPad mini Retina Wifi+Cellular or an iPad Air Wifi+Cellular. Minimum requirement: iPhone 5, iPad Mini Retina Wifi, iPad Retina, iOS 7 What kind of wood can be counted? iFOVEA Counter is optimized for wood with a diameter of more than 12cm (5 inches). All wood should be fresh, well visible, there should be no plants in front of the wood pile, and all logs should be placed on underlays. For this kind of wood a detection rate of approximately 99% can be achieved. A manual correction is possible. Usage: Take pictures of the wood pile according to our recommendation. The pictures are stitched to a panoramic image and wood logs are marked with a green circle. Geo data, the number of woog logs, and the wood pile number are added to the image as text. Manual: The manual is integrated into the app. It can be found via the i-button on the top right-hand corner.
